Senior Salesforce Engineer, Integrations in LATAM

Bounteous, a leading digital transformation consultancy with over 4,000 team members globally, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer for their Integrations team in Latin America. This remote position focuses on creating innovative integration solutions that process hundreds of billions of messages annually, enabling effective marketing communications with millions of consumers.

The role sits within the Tactical Integrations group, which is crucial for building and maintaining integrations that help retain customers and secure new business. You'll work with various systems including e-commerce platforms, ESPs, CDPs, and data warehouses, directly contributing to the company's success in the marketing technology space.

The technical environment is modern and robust, utilizing AWS EKS, Kubernetes, and a microservices architecture built with Java/Spring Boot. The frontend stack includes React and TypeScript, while the infrastructure leverages tools like Istio, Datadog, Terraform, and CloudFlare.

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you'll be expected to be the go-to expert for Salesforce-specific integrations, working closely with internal teams to design and implement solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridges and a proven track record of building high-quality, scalable applications.

The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of software engineering experience, with specific expertise in Java, Salesforce platform development, and cloud computing.
