Description For Staff Security Engineer

Box, the leader in Intelligent Content Management, is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to spearhead their security initiatives in Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the security landscape of AI-powered content management at a global scale.

The position requires a seasoned security professional with at least 5 years of experience, who will be responsible for designing and implementing security architectures specifically tailored for AI systems. The role combines cutting-edge AI security challenges with traditional security engineering, requiring expertise in threat modeling, security automation, and AI/ML security.

As a Staff Security Engineer at Box, you'll lead strategic initiatives to leverage LLMs for enhancing secure development lifecycle, develop advanced security tooling, and drive the implementation of security controls for AI features. You'll work from the Warsaw office, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring minimum 2 days per week in-office.
