Responsibilities For Engineer, IT Shared Services

  • Provide technical support to teams within the organization and external clients
  • Assist with systems integrations
  • Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
  • Identify and resolve technical issues
  • Manage coordination at local and international level
  • Deliver regular and customized training to teams
  • Prepare maintenance plans and upgrading schedules
  • Develop reports for teams across the business
  • Monitor and administer Server/Patching Services
  • Support IT shared services key assets across the site

Requirements For Engineer, IT Shared Services

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or technology discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in pharma/biotech industry
  • Experience with Quality Systems (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Requests, SOPs)
  • Knowledge of ITIL process including Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
  • Strong knowledge of global Health Authority regulations
  • Experience with computerized systems: MES, ERP, LIMS, Validation Lifecycle / Testing Software, QMS
  • Understanding of electronic records/signatures and ALCOA+ principles
  • Understanding of shop floor activities and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
