Software Engineer II, Aera DI

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Software Engineer II for their Aera DI team to develop data solutions and support their Enterprise data lake operations. This role is integral to the Global Product Development and Supply – Data and Analytics Enablement organization, focusing on building and maintaining sophisticated data pipelines and products.

The position involves working with cutting-edge cloud technologies, primarily AWS, and requires expertise in both backend data engineering and frontend development. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions, from data integration to visualization, while ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

As a Software Engineer II, you'll collaborate with data architects, analysts, and scientists to understand and meet their data needs. The role requires proficiency in multiple technologies including Python, Node.js, React.js, Spark, and various AWS services. You'll be working on mission-critical data infrastructure that supports the company's pharmaceutical development and supply chain operations.
