VMware by Broadcom is seeking a Senior Kubernetes Developer to join their VKS cluster management team within VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF). This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable, cloud-native infrastructure solutions, specifically managing Kubernetes clusters at scale. The position requires deep expertise in Go programming, controller-runtime, and Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs).

The role involves designing and implementing Kubernetes microservices, controllers, and operators while working with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies. You'll be responsible for developing scalable solutions for automating infrastructure and deployments, as well as integrating various services into the Kubernetes ecosystem. The position offers an opportunity to work on critical infrastructure that powers VMware's cloud solutions.

As a senior team member, you'll take ownership of the VKS cluster management and lead a team of engineers, while actively participating in the gatekeeper and OPA open source community. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary range of $107,000 - $171,000, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, ESPP, and various leave benefits.
