Requirements For R&D Software Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years experience or Masters with 10+ years experience
- Strong development skills in Java, Springboot, microservices
- Good understanding of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL)
- Experience in agile methodologies and SAFe framework
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (preferred)
- Understanding of NoSQL big data stores (preferred)
