Description For Technical Adoption Manager

Broadcom is seeking a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers implementing VMware Cloud Foundation solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strategic customer relationship management, focusing on helping organizations achieve their business objectives through technology adoption. The TAM will work remotely, managing customer relationships across Illinois, Wisconsin, or Minnesota regions, driving customer success through the entire journey from onboarding to full adoption.

The position requires deep technical knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation components, including SDDC, NSX Networking, and Aria Operations, combined with strong business acumen and communication skills. You'll work closely with enterprise customers to create success plans, deliver technology roadmaps, and provide solution guidance while maintaining regular interaction with C-level stakeholders.

As a TAM, you'll be part of a supportive team culture focused on driving strategic customer outcomes.   • Serve as a trusted advisor for VMware Cloud Foundation solutions
  • Drive cross-functional, unified customer experience
  • Create Success Plan with objectives aligned to customer requirements
  • Deliver technology roadmaps & assessments
  • Provide Solution Guidance & best practices review
  • Optimize Operations to align with technology goals
  • Present and communicate with CxO level personnel
  • Collaborate with multi-functional Broadcom project teams
  • Work closely with Partner resources

Requirements For Technical Adoption Manager

Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years related experience required
  • Experience in customer-facing positions
  • Enterprise-level virtualization expertise
  • Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation component solutions
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% regionally
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Technical expertise in SDDC, NSX Networking, Aria Operations
