As a DevOps Engineer at Castle, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers this transformative platform. You'll be joining as a foundational member of the engineering team, working directly with the Head of Engineering, Head of Design, and fellow engineers to create a reliable, secure, and high-performance system that handles sensitive financial transactions and data.

The role combines traditional DevOps responsibilities with opportunities for backend development, making it ideal for engineers who enjoy wearing multiple hats. You'll be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, setting up monitoring systems, and contributing to the Django backend development.   • Proficiency in Python and Django
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices

  • Experience building and shipping production applications
  • Experience in consumer fintech preferred
