Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology, is seeking an Associate Industrial Engineer for their Orbit Program in Madrid, with future relocation to the DACH region. This 12-month graduate program offers a unique opportunity to launch your career in Value Engineering, combining hands-on customer experience with comprehensive training. As part of the Global VE Center of Excellence, you'll work at the intersection of technology and business, helping customers leverage Celonis Process Intelligence to solve critical business challenges. The role involves collaborating with customers to uncover business challenges, developing AI solutions, and presenting to senior executives. Responsibilities For Associate Industrial Engineer (DACH) - Orbit Program

  • Work as part of the DACH Value Engineering team on customer engagements
  • Collaborate with customers to uncover their core business challenges
  • Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition and vision to customers
  • Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Execute proof projects showcasing the value of Celonis Process Intelligence
  • Design and build solutions that drive value realization
  • Frame strategic and quantitative business value for customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams
  • Create re-usable collateral and best practices
  • Travel to the DACH region to meet clients in person

Requirements For Associate Industrial Engineer (DACH) - Orbit Program

Python
  • Bachelors and/or masters degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or comparable
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL, Python is a plus
  • Analytical and creative thinking abilities
  • Ability to build relationships with senior management
  • Confident presenting to C-level executives
  • Willing to travel to the DACH region
  • Experience with process mining principles (preferred)
  • Passion for technology, data, OpenAI and LLMs
