Description For Associate Industrial Engineer (Nordics) - Orbit Program

Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology, is seeking an Associate Industrial Engineer for their Orbit Graduate Program in the Nordics region. This 12-month program offers a unique opportunity to launch your career in enterprise software, combining hands-on learning with mentorship in Value Engineering. The role begins with 6-9 months in Madrid before relocating to Stockholm or Copenhagen.

As a Value Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of technology and business, serving as a trusted advisor to customers. You'll collaborate with the sales team to create compelling solutions for critical business problems, leveraging Celonis Process Intelligence technology. The position involves working with AI and LLM-based solutions, requiring both technical skills (SQL, Python) and business acumen.

The role is part of the Global VE Center of Excellence, an international team known for its fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll receive comprehensive training in Celonis Process Intelligence, domain knowledge, presentation skills, and value selling.   • Work with Nordics Value Engineering team on customer engagements
  • Collaborate with customers to uncover business challenges
  • Pitch Celonis AI value proposition to customers
  • Prototype and develop AI solutions including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
  • Execute proof projects showcasing Celonis Process Intelligence value
  • Design and build solutions that drive value realization
  • Frame strategic and quantitative business value
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
  • Create re-usable collateral and best practices
  • Travel to Nordics region for client meetings

Requirements For Associate Industrial Engineer (Nordics) - Orbit Program

Python
  • Bachelors and/or masters degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics or comparable
  • Fluent in English and in Finnish, Danish or Swedish
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL, Python is a plus
  • Analytical and creative thinking abilities
  • Ability to build relationships with senior management
  • Confident presenting to C-level executives
  • Willing to travel to the Nordics region
  • Previous work/internship experience
