Associate Value Engineer (UK) - Orbit Program

Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology, is seeking an Associate Value Engineer to join their Value Engineering organization through the Orbit Graduate Program. This is a unique 2-year program based in Madrid, with the opportunity to relocate back to the UK upon completion. Value Engineers act as trusted advisors at the intersection of technology and business, partnering with sales teams and customers to create compelling solutions to critical business problems.

The role combines hands-on technical work with business consulting, requiring both analytical skills and customer-facing abilities. You'll be part of the Global VE Center of Excellence in Madrid, an international and dynamic organization that values continuous learning and development. The program starts with a comprehensive 12-month training period covering the Celonis EMS platform, domain knowledge, presentation skills, and value selling methodologies.

As an Associate Value Engineer, you'll work directly with customers to uncover business challenges, execute proof projects, and design solutions using the Celonis EMS platform. You'll need to effectively communicate with senior executives, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to drive product innovation. The position requires technical aptitude (SQL, Python knowledge is advantageous) combined with strong business acumen.
