As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of advancing our mission to create the future of data platforms. You'll collaborate across teams to architect and deliver new platform capabilities and key product initiatives. The role requires balancing speed-to-market with sustainable growth, working closely with Product to define and execute on quarterly roadmaps.

Your responsibilities will include developing new platform features, ensuring system reliability through on-call rotations and proactive maintenance, mentoring other engineers, and contributing to the engineering organization's continuous improvement. We're looking for someone with 5+ years of backend experience (Ruby preferred, but Golang or JavaScript/TypeScript accepted) and strong fundamentals in databases, data structures, algorithms, and APIs.
