Responsibilities For IT Operations - Software Engineer

  • Provide technical support for applications, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, report generation, and system maintenance
  • Collaborate with IT teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions
  • Support acquisitions and divestment activities
  • Support internal and external auditing requirements
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and configuration changes
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices

Requirements For IT Operations - Software Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in application engineering, software development and system integration
  • Strong understanding of software engineering processes and systems
  • Proficiency in data management, including data loading, validation, and transformation
  • Experience with system integration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Azure, C#, SQL, and Ansible
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
