IT Operations - Software Engineer

Chevron, one of the world's leading integrated energy companies, is seeking a Software Engineer for their Business Support Center (BASSC) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role is part of a successful multifunction service center with over 1500 employees delivering business services and solutions globally.

The position combines software engineering with IT operations, requiring expertise in application development, system integration, and technical support. You'll be responsible for ensuring application availability, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing new features that enhance functionality. The role involves working with various technologies including Azure, C#, SQL, and Ansible, while also requiring knowledge of cloud computing and site reliability engineering.

As a Software Engineer at Chevron, you'll be part of a team that supports critical enterprise reporting and data integration. Your responsibilities will range from technical implementation to end-user training, requiring both strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.
