Senior Kotlin Backend Developer

CI&T, a global technology transformation company with over 6,500 employees, is seeking a Senior Kotlin Backend Developer to join their team in building the world's largest Digital Beauty ecosystem. This role is part of a multidisciplinary product squad comprising both CI&T and client team members. The position is based in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas, requiring office presence according to current attendance policies.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in technical leadership and team delivery organization, ensuring alignment with defined architecture and promoting quality solutions. They will be responsible for implementing best practices such as code review, pair programming, and comprehensive testing strategies. The role requires extensive experience with Kotlin/Java 17, Spring Framework, and clean architecture principles.

Key technical requirements include proficiency in DevOps practices, cloud computing (preferably AWS), and containerization with Docker. Experience with event-based architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and microservices patterns would be advantageous.
