Cisco Meraki is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to drive innovation in their Network Assurance applications through cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. This role sits at the intersection of cloud networking and artificial intelligence, working with Meraki's Dashboard platform that serves network administrators worldwide.

The position requires a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in machine learning, data engineering, or related fields. You'll be leading a team of ML/AI engineers while collaborating closely with engineering leaders, UX designers, product managers, and security experts. The role involves building large-scale AI models and systems using MLOps practices, working with frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.

As a leader, you'll be responsible for setting the technical vision for Meraki's Assurance ML/AI roadmap and guiding your team through short and long-term goals. You'll also play a crucial role in recruiting and building a diverse, inclusive team while mentoring engineers through technical challenges.
