Description For Technical Consulting Engineer - New Graduate Recruitment for Class of 2026

Cisco is seeking Customer Support Engineers to join their team of industry experts in developing and deploying advanced Internet technologies. This role offers insight into the detailed functionality of Cisco products and collaboration with all elements of the service chain. The ideal candidate should have an aptitude for learning new technologies and the ability to expand upon core knowledge.

Responsibilities include:

  • Solving reported product and network problems of moderate complexity
  • Utilizing databases, debugging tools, and lab simulations to analyze and solve issues
  • Providing basic systems/product training
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology products

Qualifications:

  • Good technical foundation in networking (CCNA equivalent level or above)
  • Additional knowledge in areas such as voice, security, routing, switching, Network Management, Microsoft, Linux is a plus
  • Effective communication skills in English; other languages are beneficial
  • Passion for learning and working in a multicultural team environment
  • Ability to achieve goals with limited supervision
  • Strong analytical skills
