Responsibilities For Security Tech Lead, Talos Data Analytics & Engineering
- Mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on security best practices
- Lead SOC2 compliance efforts
- Oversee security aspects and maintenance of AWS infrastructure using Terraform
- Lead development of secure software solutions using Python and Go
- Provide architecture guidance on AWS infrastructure and IAM solutions
- Collaborate with security team to ensure SOC 2 compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives around security
Requirements For Security Tech Lead, Talos Data Analytics & Engineering
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years experience in software development, with a focus on secure development in cloud environments
- Experience with security practices and security compliance regulations
- Previous technical mentorship/leadership experience
- Proficiency in Python, Java and/or Go programming languages
- Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture
- SOC 2, ISO, Fedramp compliance experience
