Software Engineering Technical Leader (Cloud Security / Networking)

Cisco Secure Access is seeking a Software Engineering Technical Leader to drive their cloud-delivered security platform. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week onsite in San Jose) focusing on comprehensive protection against cybersecurity threats while ensuring secure access to internet and cloud applications. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership to shape cloud security products and guide innovative feature development.

The position involves leading technical design, development, and delivery of security solutions in a highly visible leadership role. You'll drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to tackle sophisticated challenges in cloud security and networking. As a Technical Leader, you'll foster a learning culture, own major features from conception to delivery, and ensure solutions meet security requirements.
