Software Engineering Technical Leader -Security Req- (MKA, Macsec, Ipsec, IKE) and high speed interfaces for Routing/SDWAN platform

Cisco's Enterprise Routing division, a multi-billion dollar business unit, is seeking a Software Engineering Technical Leader to join their team in Bangalore. This role is within the Cat Eng Routing India team, which is responsible for Platform Independent and Platform Dependent software development for Enterprise routing. The team works on Cisco's Routing Standard Platforms including ISR800 series, ISR2400/2600/4400/Catalyst 8K series, ASR1000/Catalyst 8500 series, and Cisco Cloud Services Routers.

The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of experience with strong expertise in security protocols (MKA, Macsec, Ipsec, IKE) and high-speed interfaces for Routing/SDWAN platforms. They will lead and motivate a high-performance engineering team while maintaining hands-on technical involvement in software development.

Key responsibilities include developing embedded system software, performing design analysis, writing specifications, and acting as a key technical decision maker. The role requires deep knowledge of Linux kernel development, networking protocols, and strong C programming skills.
