- Ensure customers successfully onboard and integrate solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams

Requirements For Technical Customer Deployment Engineer (6+ Years Experience)
- 5+ years experience in a production software engineering environment or relevant work experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles, working closely with Sales, PMs, and internal teams
- Strong understanding and troubleshooting skills related to network connectivity, configurations, integrations, and managing metadata
- Familiar with AWS cloud-based applications and services
- Experience with Python scripting for automation
- Familiarity with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Nagios, etc.)
