Responsibilities For Technical Systems Engineer/Developer

  • Implement email-based applications, systems and services in automation, AI and self-service
  • Design and develop next generation Email@Cisco self-service capabilities
  • Integrate AI capabilities for intelligent assistance and automation
  • Implement standard processes for UX and UI design
  • Build automation into engineering and operational processes
  • Work in an Agile environment participating in team sprints
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and presentations
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize email services

Requirements For Technical Systems Engineer/Developer

  • Strong development background with email-based technology experience
  • Experience in designing and developing front-end and backend systems
  • Knowledge of Linux-based scripting languages including Bash/Shell scripting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell

  • Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Puppet, Chef
