GenAI Tech Engineer - NEW YORK, Hybrid

Citi, a leading global bank with 200 million customer accounts across 100+ countries, is seeking a GenAI Engineering Lead within their CTO organization. This role sits within the COO Enterprise Solution Engineering capability and focuses on developing best-in-class technology platforms for Operations.

The position involves driving the adoption of Large Language Models and agentic flows to enhance process efficiencies, automation, and risk reduction across enterprise business solutions. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of implementing Generative AI technologies, working with various teams to integrate these solutions into enterprise-wide applications and processes.
