Responsibilities For OPS TECH Core Operations - Application Developer
- Partner with various management teams to ensure proper integration of functions to achieve objectives and identify and define necessary system improvements for new products and process enhancements
- Resolve various high-impact problems or projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
- Provide domain expertise and advanced application programming knowledge, ensuring application design meets overall architectural guidelines
- Use advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas like architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve business objectives
- Provide deep analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
- Function as advisor or mentor to mid-level developers and analysts, assigning work as needed
Requirements For OPS TECH Core Operations - Application Developer
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of application development
- Ability to quickly adjust priorities as circumstances dictate
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
