Responsibilities For Product Developer, Director
- Drive development and design of the Equities' Risk Management Architecture
- Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Define and manage product development processes
- Create product vision aligned to business priorities
- Work with Technology, Business Managers, Sales and senior stakeholders
- Create project plans and technical requirements documents
- Focus on controls and governance
- Perform security and access reviews
- Partner with senior business leaders to define and implement solutions
Requirements For Product Developer, Director
- Detailed experience in Derivatives Trading and platform development
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
- Proven track record in managing large and complex business
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project Management skills
- Financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Process Management knowledge
- Knowledge of Forecasting platforms and database management (preferred)
