SDET - Product Integration Engineer – HPA Tech – London (VP)

Citi is seeking a Senior SDET/Product Integration Engineer for their HPA Tech division in London. This VP-level position combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic product integration responsibilities. The role focuses on developing automation test scripts, product demos, and integrating DevOps tools while leading a global team of automation engineers.

The position requires deep expertise in software testing and automation, with hands-on development of frameworks using Java, Rust & C++. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining Performance Test Frameworks and Product integration samples for the Ambrosia platform, ensuring optimal performance for current and future loads.

Key responsibilities include owning the automation framework development, defining testing standards, and championing best practices. The role involves close collaboration with Business and Technology leadership to ensure efficient delivery of new features and technical upgrades. The position offers a hybrid working model with up to 2 days working from home per week.
