Responsibilities For Senior Java Low Latency Engineer (VP) – London
- Work with multiple management teams to ensure proper integration of functions to achieve goals
- Identify and define necessary system improvements for new product deployment and process improvements
- Solve various high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes
- Provide expertise in application programming and ensure application design aligns with overall architecture
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation
- Serve as a consultant or mentor to mid-level developers and analysts
- Manage and report control issues while protecting Citi Group, its customers and assets
Requirements For Senior Java Low Latency Engineer (VP) – London
- 6-10 years of application development or systems analysis experience
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one application development area
- Ability to quickly adjust priorities based on circumstances
- Leadership and project management skills
- Consistent clear and concise written and oral communication
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Master's degree preferred
