Software Engineer II, Tools & Observability

Clari is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their Tools & Observability team, focusing on building internal tools for RevDB, their sophisticated internal data platform. This role combines backend development with data platform expertise, requiring skills in JavaScript, SQL, Java, and Python. The position involves working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases, developing Retool applications, and maintaining critical data pipelines.

The role is based in Kraków, Poland, offering a hybrid work arrangement. As part of the Engineering Team, you'll contribute to Clari's enterprise-grade platform that serves as the backbone for customers' revenue processes. The team follows Agile principles and emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of software development experience, strong database knowledge, and understanding of observability concepts. You'll work on tools that help teams monitor, debug, and operate data services efficiently, while collaborating with senior engineers to implement new features.
