Lead Software Engineer (Salesforce)

Clarivate is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Salesforce) to join their IPfolio team in Belgrade. This role is integral to their Intellectual Property Management solution, focusing on developing and scaling their SaaS product. The position requires extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. The role involves working with a team of 5+ skilled engineers in Belgrade, as part of a larger global technology organization.

The IPfolio product is designed to manage and support operational efficiency across the entire IP lifecycle, helping organizations improve their IP management and protection capabilities. The team works on complex engineering products that support world's innovation, research, and science, offering opportunities for cross-team collaboration and career growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years specifically in Salesforce technologies. They should be comfortable with git-based development, working with Salesforce limits, and have experience with Salesforce DX and Managed Packages. A background in Java or .NET is beneficial.

This is a hybrid position requiring office presence 3 days every other week, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
