Lead Software Engineer (Salesforce)

Clarivate is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Salesforce) to join their IPfolio team in Belgrade. This role is part of their Intellectual Property Management solution, focusing on developing and scaling their SaaS product. The position requires extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. The successful candidate will join a team of 5+ skilled engineers in Belgrade, working on complex engineering products that support global innovation, research, and science.

The role involves developing IPG applications designed to manage and support operational efficiency across the entire IP lifecycle. These systems help drive IP awareness, improve planning efficiency, and increase market competitiveness globally. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring office presence 3 days every other week in the Belgrade office.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for implementing new features, improving existing functionality, and refactoring code for enhanced stability and scalability. The role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, with additional experience in Java or .NET being beneficial.
