Cleafy is seeking a Generative AI Engineer to join their Engineering Team, focusing on building intelligent agents for Cleafy Copilot, their next-generation fraud-analysis assistant. The role involves working in a cross-functional, stream-aligned team following Agile practices. The position requires expertise in AI frameworks, LLMs, and RAG systems, with a focus on developing and optimizing AI solutions. Responsibilities For Generative AI Engineer
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing AI agents to meet specific project goals
- Integrate AI with existing infrastructure, ensure system scalability and maintain documentation
- Design RAG systems, develop PoCs for emerging Agentic solutions, and optimize inference costs
- Enforce AI security measures and data privacy compliance
- Collaborate with Product team, IT, and business stakeholders, while guiding DevOps on deployment needs
Requirements For Generative AI Engineer
- BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics or related disciplines
- 2-3 years of experience in related roles
- Strong understanding of AI frameworks, like Flowise, Langchain/LangGraph, and Prompt Engineering
- Experience building and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) applications
- Experience with RAG, Fine tuning and Agentic AI applications
- Proven track record of developing robust, efficient, and user-friendly AI solutions
- Understanding of agile development methodologies & tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
- Ability to work with version control systems (git) and related best practices
- Experience with containers and CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of cloud-based environments and related services such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
- Fluency in English is a must
