Senior/Principal Systems Engineer, Workers AI (AI/ML)

Cloudflare's Workers AI team is seeking a Senior/Principal Systems Engineer to join their AI/ML initiative. As part of the Emerging Technologies & Incubation (ETI) department, you'll work on Cloudflare's AI inference service that enables customers to use various AI models within their Workers development platform and via API. The role involves leading technical aspects of maintaining the Workers AI model catalog and developing AI/ML inference code.

The position is part of a diverse technical team that manages the entire stack powering the Workers AI product, from front-end development to low-level inference code. You'll be working with a team passionate about generative AI's possibilities and contributing to innovative features that help developers incorporate AI into their products.
