Software Engineer

Clutch, a venture-backed SaaS company, is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Integration squad. This role focuses on connecting banking COREs and LOSs to Clutch's platform, requiring strong problem-solving and communication skills. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a fast-moving team that values autonomy and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will own integration projects from discovery to deployment, working closely with Product, clients, and Implementation teams. Success in this role depends on understanding product context, making sound trade-offs, and coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders. Within the first few months, you'll be debugging issues independently, gaining system knowledge, and contributing to smaller tasks. By 6-9 months, you'll be leading small projects and building trust with external stakeholders.

The company develops software that transforms Credit Unions into FinTech lenders, enabling them to serve over 130M Americans more effectively.
