CMiC, a global Software Development firm specializing in enterprise financial and cost management systems for the Construction and Engineering industries, is seeking an HCM Project Coordinator to join their team. This role is critical in supporting the HCM Services element for successful completion of payroll, Human Resources, Talent Management, Employee Self Service, and E-time engagements.
The HCM Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Resources Services Consultants, and HCM consultants for both ERP and cloud-based implementations. Key responsibilities include developing and managing business process documents, coordinating the loading of internal client systems, and supporting the assignment and follow-up of additional work orders.
This position offers an opportunity to work with a leading provider of advanced enterprise-level software solutions for the construction and capital projects industry. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with various teams and new technologies.
