System and Content Support Engineer

Coates Group is seeking a System and Content Support Engineer to join their team in Guangzhou. This role combines technical support, system administration, and software deployment responsibilities, making it an ideal position for someone with a strong background in IT systems and software development.

The position involves managing and troubleshooting both hardware and software systems in deployment environments, working closely with engineering teams to resolve complex system-level issues, and serving as an escalation point for support teams. You'll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Coates China Test Plant, including equipment and network support.

Key aspects of the role include collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA, and support), managing content service tickets, and continuously improving documentation and deployment processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with Linux environments, have experience with shell scripting, and possess knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

The role offers a competitive salary range of ¥110,000 - ¥151,000 per year and requires working on-site in Guangzhou.
