Product Engineer / AI Operator

Cogram is an LLM-based productivity platform for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Our product automates a growing number of AEC workflows such as meeting notes, site visits, mail management, project administration, and RFP bidding. We're backed by Y Combinator and other world-leading investors and are growing fast and sustainably.

As a Product Engineer / AI Operator, you'll be working across the entire product cycle—from defining features to deployment. You'll combine engineering expertise with AI tools to enhance your workflow. The role requires ownership of tasks from start to finish and the ability to navigate unfamiliar territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and launch new functionality and improvements
• Use AI coding tools throughout development lifecycle
• Write clean, documented code and maintain high standards
• Share AI-driven workflows and mentor teammates
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
• Handle infrastructure and customer support tasks

Our tech stack includes React/TypeScript frontend, React Native/Expo for mobile, Python backend (FastAPI/pydantic/sqlalchemy), Postgres, Redis, and Terraform for infrastructure on AWS & Azure.
