Senior Software Engineer

Columbia Sportswear Company, a global leader in outdoor and active lifestyle apparel since 1938, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Data and Analytics (DNA) platform team. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering in a 24/7 mission-critical environment. The position involves leading offshore operations, providing L2/L3 support, and driving operational excellence through automation and optimization.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in application development and system administration, with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Azure cloud services. You'll be responsible for managing complex data environments, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring system reliability while leading a team of engineers.

This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the retail/e-commerce sector, including Azure Databricks, Data Factory, and various BI tools.
