Senior Software Engineer

Columbia Sportswear Company, a global leader in outdoor and active lifestyle apparel, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Data and Analytics (DNA) platform team. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.

The position involves leading offshore operations teams, providing L2 and L3 support, and ensuring the stability and performance of data platforms. Working in a rotational shift model covering 16 hours daily, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting complex production issues, monitoring system health, and driving operational excellence through automation and process optimization.

As a senior team member, you'll leverage your expertise in SQL, Python, and Azure cloud services to maintain and optimize data environments. The role requires strong leadership abilities to mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including Azure Databricks, Data Factory, and enterprise BI tools.
