Senior Software Engineer

Columbia Sportswear Company, a global leader in outdoor and active lifestyle apparel since 1938, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Data and Analytics (DNA) platform team. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering in a 24/7 mission-critical environment. The position involves leading offshore operations, providing L2/L3 support, and driving operational excellence through automation and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data engineering, with proficiency in Python, SQL, and Azure cloud services. You'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing data platforms, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring seamless operations across time zones.
