Senior Software Engineer, Agents

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Agents team, you'll be at the forefront of developing AI-powered solutions that help major enterprises manage their compensation strategies.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with industry giants like Apple, NVIDIA, Tesla, and Mastercard, building and maintaining sophisticated AI agents such as Partner AI and Analyst AI. You'll be instrumental in shaping how agentic systems are implemented in enterprise environments, working with a modern tech stack including Django, Python, React JS, TypeScript, and GraphQL on AWS infrastructure.

This position is perfect for experienced engineers who combine technical expertise with business acumen, as you'll be directly impacting how some of the world's largest companies handle their biggest expense - compensation. The role offers significant autonomy and ownership, allowing you to influence product direction while building scalable solutions.

Working in a hybrid environment across multiple office locations (Denver, Boston, or Orange County), you'll join a team that values pragmatic problem-solving and quick execution. The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $140K to $175K plus equity (0.01% – 0.1%), reflecting the strategic importance of this role.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of production software experience and a passion for AI systems.
