As a Software Engineer on the Data Products team, you'll have significant autonomy and ownership in building systems that power enterprise compensation at a global scale.

The role combines technical expertise with real-world impact, focusing on leveraging AI for labor market insights, developing HR team tools, and maintaining robust engineering practices. You'll work directly with the co-founders and join a world-class engineering team, using technologies like React, TypeScript, Python, and AWS.

This position requires 2+ years of experience shipping production software and offers a competitive compensation package including equity.
