Responsibilities For Senior Ruby Developer
- Design and implement robust, scalable applications
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code in Ruby and associated technologies
- Work with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Express for developing server-side logic
- Implement and manage containerization technologies like Docker and Docker Compose
- Utilize Azure cloud services, including Azure cloud functions
- Develop and maintain microservices and architect event-based systems
- Enhance system performance and reliability through monitoring tools
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with fast-paced Agile teams
- Ensure code quality through Unit Testing
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices
Requirements For Senior Ruby Developer
- 7+ years of experience in Software development
- 3+ years of experience in Ruby development
- 2+ years of experience in containerization and Azure Cloud services
- Proficiency with JavaScript/Typescript, Node.js, Express, and Microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps
- Proficient in using monitoring tools like App Insights, New Relic, DataDog, and Splunk
- Experience with event-based system architecture
- Expertise with Unit Testing frameworks
