They should be comfortable working with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and have experience with LLMs and voice AI technologies.

Responsibilities For Forward Deployed Artificial Intelligence Engineer
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver seamless AI deployments for enterprise healthcare clients
- Build custom integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure rapid time-to-value
- Design and implement real-world and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI voice agents
- Act as the voice of the customer and collaborate with the Product Core Team
- Lead client workshops, craft demos, improve technical documentation
- Experiment with LLMs, voice AI, and prompt engineering to enhance agent performance
Requirements For Forward Deployed Artificial Intelligence Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a Tier 1 institution (IITs, BITS, NITs)
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, AI/ML deployment, or backend integrations
- Strong understanding of AI workflows, APIs, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to explore new software systems
- Exceptional communication skills
- Prior exposure to LLMs, voice AI, prompt engineering, or conversational AI platforms is a strong plus
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments is preferred
