AI Scientist/Engineer, Model Training

You'll be working with state-of-the-art technologies including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other modern ML frameworks to create and train models that predict perturbation-response in high-dimensional dynamical systems. The role involves hands-on work with biological data and requires collaboration with both computational and wet lab teams.

The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree (MS/PhD/Postdoc) in Physics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields, bringing strong theoretical foundations alongside practical ML expertise.
