Responsibilities For Senior Security Engineer, Application Security
- Enhance and manage application security tooling such as SAST, DAST, open-source vulnerability scanning, and EASM
- Standardize critical application components throughout platform with platform team and staff engineers
- Own and manage the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle and tooling
- Manage penetration testing program for new and existing features and products
Requirements For Senior Security Engineer, Application Security
- Experience with general DevSecOps tooling and workflows
- Experience with SAST/DAST/SCA/EASM
- Experience in building bespoke application security tooling and directly improving platform components/code
- Development or application security experience across different languages and frameworks, with Node.js and Go preference
- Strong teamwork skills that foster productive relationships
- Ability to work autonomously and tackle complex problems using cybersecurity principles
