  • Design solutions ensuring maximum flexibility and scalability while meeting security controls
  • Support development of documentation for engineering, security, and operational processes
  • Perform business and technical alternative analysis
  • Facilitate solution transition to operations
  • Design and implement cloud computing solutions (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)

Requirements For Cloud Engineer (AWS)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • 4-7 years of professional IT experience with federal government agencies
  • 4+ years experience in design, implementation of highly distributed applications
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (Required)
  • Experience designing and delivering large-scale solutions
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
  • Experience in Cloud computing, Networking, Storage, and Identity Management
  • AWS Certification or Cloud Architect Certification (or willingness to obtain)
