Principal Engineer

CoreWeave, the AI Hyperscaler™, is at the forefront of cloud computing, offering cutting-edge services for the next wave of AI. As a Principal Engineer, you'll lead technical strategy and architectural decisions for our GPU-accelerated cloud services. You'll work closely with senior leadership and various teams to shape CoreWeave's next-generation infrastructure.

Your responsibilities include:

• Architecting scalable, GPU-accelerated cloud solutions
• Driving technical innovation and optimization
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship
• Collaborating across teams to integrate new features
• Solving complex problems related to distributed systems and GPU workloads
• Representing CoreWeave as a thought leader in the industry

We're looking for someone with:

• 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ in leadership roles
• Expertise in cloud computing, distributed systems, and Kubernetes
• Strong programming skills (Go, Python, C++)
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture and scalability
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
