Cracked Software Engineer

Our engineering team is building from the ground up, automating every aspect of the insurance value chain to create a scalable, efficient, and customer-focused experience. We're looking for engineers who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, are passionate about writing quality, maintainable code, and have a strong drive to ship products.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of production experience, either from fast-paced companies or significant personal projects. You should be comfortable with full-stack development, including frontend technologies like React, TypeScript, and NextJS. We need someone with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/DigitalOcean), containerization (Docker/K8s), and database management.

You'll be responsible for owning features end-to-end, from backend to frontend, and should have a track record of building and maintaining projects used by real users. Previous startup and AI/ML experience is preferred, as you'll be working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and insurance technology.
