Key responsibilities include developing cloud deployment automation, providing architectural guidance for achieving 99.999% availability, and solving complex technical problems in both public and private cloud environments. You'll work on optimizing performance, automating processes, and implementing enterprise architecture best practices.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of hands-on experience in cloud platform engineering, with deep expertise in infrastructure as code, distributed systems, and cloud services. You'll need strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills to influence multiple teams and drive technical excellence.

Responsibilities For Staff Backend Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure
- Provide cloud infrastructure architecture and design for highly reliable and scalable applications
- Develop self-service code and end-to-end back cloud deployment automation
- Provide roadmap and vision for scalable platform services to achieve 99.999% availability
- Solve complex technical problems in Public Clouds and Private Cloud environment
- Analyze complex distributed production deployments and optimize performance
- Identify opportunities for disruptive improvements in cloud infrastructure
- Exert technical influence over multiple teams
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders and lead engineers on key mission-critical projects
Requirements For Staff Backend Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 15+ Years of strong hands-on experience in cloud platform engineering
- 8+ years of hands-on experience on system engineering, Cloud DevOps and Cloud SRE
- 5+ years of hands-on experience leading system design, architecture leveraging AWS or Azure services
- 7+ years of demonstrable hands-on experience building and operating infrastructure as code (Iac)
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in building high-performance, highly-available and scalable distributed systems in the cloud
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and managing high-performance Hybrid Cloud environments
- Excellent cross-group collaboration, outstanding verbal and written communication
