Responsibilities For System Test Engineer (On-site)
- Develop system requirements analysis and verification
- Coordinate system test concepts and objectives
- Develop test plans, cases, procedures, and reports
- Prepare test status reports for management and customers
- Conduct integration and formal system tests
- Maintain test requirements database
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior test personnel
- Interface with hardware, software, and systems engineers
- Identify and document defects, define severity and priority
- Drive improvements to testing efficiency, quality, and effectiveness
Requirements For System Test Engineer (On-site)
- Four year college degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related technical discipline
- Minimum of three years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of system test engineering
- Experience with JAVA, C/C++, C#, TCP/IP, UNIX, Visual Basic, PERL, SQL Queries
- Understanding of API testing with SOAP, REST
- Experience with test frameworks like JUnit/TestNG, Selenium, JMeter and Appium
- Experience with Jenkins preferred
- Experience with JIRA, testRail, Confluence, BitBucket, Git and Artifactory/Maven preferred
- Effective written and oral communication skills
